Ask on Viber / WhatsAppA generic file is written for an engine type, not for your car. We read your original software, write the calibration ourselves and prove the result on the dyno — before and after. You get licensed tools from our official partners, your original file archived, and 10 years of experience behind every map: more than 1,000 vehicles and 4,000+ custom maps so far.
Your engine control unit (ECU) runs software with maps for boost, fuelling, injection timing and torque limits. Manufacturers set them conservatively to suit every market, fuel grade and climate. Remapping means carefully rewriting those maps for your specific vehicle — no add-on boxes, nothing bolted on. The result: stronger pull, sharper throttle response and often lower consumption — from the same engine.
It depends on the engine. As a rough guide, Stage 1 on a turbo diesel adds about 15–35% power and torque, on a turbo petrol 15–30%, while naturally aspirated engines gain only 5–10%. We give you the expected figures before we start and confirm the result on the dyno — you see measured numbers, not promises.
Turbo diesels often use 5–10% less fuel in steady driving, because the engine makes the same torque with less throttle. If you use the extra power often, consumption goes up — your right foot decides. For fleets, trucks and tractors we can also write an economy-focused map.
Automatic and dual-clutch gearboxes (DSG/DQ, ZF, Aisin) have their own torque limits and shift logic. For Stage 1 the stock gearbox software is often fine; from Stage 2 we usually recommend a TCU calibration so shifts stay smooth and the clutches aren't overloaded.
Yes — and it's where tuning pays off most. For trucks and tractors the goal is stronger pulling under load and lower fuel consumption, and the savings add up quickly over the hours and kilometres these machines work. Send us the model and engine and we'll confirm what's possible.
A properly written map stays within the limits of the engine, turbo, gearbox and clutch. We check the vehicle's health first, log boost, temperatures and fuelling, and keep safety margins in place. Most problems in this trade come from generic downloaded files — every file we flash is checked and adjusted for your car.
Yes. Before we change anything, we save a full backup of your original software. We can restore it whenever you like — for example before you sell the car. Your original is never lost.
Always. Every job starts with a full diagnostic and health check. If we find a problem, we tell you before any tuning starts — so you never pay to tune an engine that isn't healthy. To help, bring the car with no warning lights, a recent service and a reasonably full tank of good fuel.
A Stage 1 remap through the diagnostic port usually takes 1–3 hours, including diagnostics and a test drive. Bench or boot-mode work, gearbox calibration and dyno sessions take longer — plan for half a day. Trucks and agricultural machinery are scheduled individually.
You get an exact quote for your vehicle before any work starts. The price depends on the vehicle, the control unit and the stage. Send us the make, model, engine and year on Viber or WhatsApp and we'll reply with the figure.
You're covered: your calibration stays in our archive. A dealer software update can overwrite the remap, so ask your service centre not to update the engine or gearbox control unit — and if it happens anyway, contact us and we'll re-apply your map.
Our chiptuning workshop is at Gornjomatejevačka 90 in Niš. Drivers come to us from Leskovac, Vranje, Pirot, Prokuplje, Aleksinac, Zaječar and the rest of Southern Serbia — and for trucks, tractors and fleets, our field service comes to you. In Bulgaria, our workshop is in Kyustendil.
